    Appearance: Hazy. Lemon yellow.

    Nose: Clean. Medium intense green apple, lemon & pear aromas.

    Palate: Dry. Full-bodied with a yellow fruit character and balanced acidity throughout.

    Vinification: Produced by a Piedmontese couple from recovered old vines of indigenous varietals in the Penedes. Fermented with native yeasts & bottled un-sulfured. Organic.

    Recommended Food Pairing: Fresh garden vegetables & swordfish.
