Barbadillo Amontillado "Príncipe" (375 ml)

Named after prince Gisberto Pío de Saboya, an Italian nobleman who lived in Madrid, this amontillado is aged 15 years. The wine starts as manzanilla, turns into a pasada, and then refortified.  Almondy, saline, and olive briny.
