Vinification: Corullón is the summation of 210 distinct, biodynamically farmed parcels of fruit from the village of Corullón, the epicenter of Bierzo. Harvested from 30 hectares on slate soiled slopes in the mountainous western part of Beirzo; from 3 vineyards with vines 60-100 years old. Recommended Food Pairings: Wild rice & dark turkey meat.
