Gonzalez Byass "Apostoles" Medium VORS (375ml), Jerez

A blend of mostly VORS palo cortado with some added PX.  One of 13 botas dedicated to the apostles (with Judas just getting vinegar), this one dedicated to the Queen after her visit to the bodega.  Off dry in style, enormous in rich toasted coffee, caramelized, saline and smoky flavors.
