Metrokane Rabbit Super-Aerating Decanter System

Decanting wines provides two advantages: aeration and removal of sediment.  This innovative device achieves both objectives.  Through a funnel, the wine sprays down the sides of the decanter breaking down into tiny droplets, exposing the micro-particles to oxygen for maximum flavor and aroma.  A superfine screen filters out sediment down to a millimeter.  Faster, more complete aeration can be completed in seconds.

The Metrokane system works great for aged wines, younger wines, and natural wines made without fining or filitration – perfect for removing any natural sediment.
