Osborne Sibarita Oloroso VORS 30 Years (500ml), Jerez

Made from a solera that dates back to 1792, this 30 year old oloroso is off dry sporting a good range of flavors from dates to cloves to nuts, caramel and coffee.  Complex and off-dry with length and depth.  Salt, acid, sweet with a slightly snappy bite on the finish.
