One of the O.G.’s from the Balearic island of Menorca, an isle that is linked historically with Great Britain. Menorcans distilled gin for the British Navymen, and continued to produce gin from wine thereafter. This Mediterranean style gin is made in small batches from 200- year-old, wood-fired copper stills. Catalan Juniper berries are aged for two years before blended with Catalan wine grapes. Tonic's bestie.
