    Appearance: Deep ruby.

    Nose: Blackberry, blueberry and candied licorice aromas.

    Palate: Full-bodied & rich with smooth texture & subtle tannins.

    Vinification: Hand harvested, macerated & fermented in neutral oak & aged 12 months in smaller oak barrels.

    Recommended Food Pairing: Roast chicken seasoned with wild herbs.
