    Appearance: Clear. Dark ruby in color.

    Nose: Clean. Mature, ripe fruit aromas with fennel & herbaceous aromas.

    Palate: Dry. Medium (+) bodied. Deep, juicy notes of blue & black fruit with a bit of spice & cocoa bitterness.

    Vinification: Tajinaste is a small, family owned vineyard on the island of Tenerife known for its high elevation vineyards. Fermented in stainless steel & aged 9 months in French oak. Shows potential age-worthiness.

    Recommended Food Pairing: Spicy chorizo.
