Nose: Clean. Pronounced red fruit aromas with a subtle citrus note.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied & textured with concentrated cherry & licorice notes balanced by tart acidity.
Vinification: Produced from organic & biodynamically farmed fruit from all nine villages of Priorat. Fermented whole-cluster in 500L concrete vats without any additions and bottled 6 months from harvest.
Recommended Food Pairing: Our own café's Picante bocadillo, a sandwich made with (warm) Chorizo picante, Mahon cheese, Basque guindilla peppers, tomatoes and alioli.
