Nose: Clean. Pronounced tobacco, cedar wood & blackberries aromas.
Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied & finely textured with ripe fruit flavors and well-integrated oak.
Vinification: From thoroughly selected grapes that are de-stemmed & macerated in temperature control then fermented in either stainless steel or oak, depending on the varietal. This is a multi-vintage blend; a mixture of wines from the best harvest. Aged uniquely long; aging occurs in large wooden tanks for 2 years, then in new oak for 18 months & used barrels for 30.
Recommended Food Pairing: Lamb stew.
