An intro to the Callejuela bodega and the handiwork from Jose and Francisco Blanco (Pepe and Paco) who started this winery in 2005. This young wine aged 4-5 years in solera hails from Macharnudo, Añina and Callejuela vineyards, each with specific varying albariza soils. Mineral and peppery, citrusy and herbal – Mediterranean sapidity galore.
