4 Monos Cien Lanzas Cenicientos 2020, Gredos

Winemakers Javier García, Laura García, David Velasco, and David Moreno met while hiking the Sierras de Gredos.  Since 2010 they have been putting their minds together towards a minimalist approach to crafting terruño-driven wines that are electric and profound.  Cenicientos is a single village tinto comprised of old vines.  Hand-harvested, whole cluster, wild yeast fermented, aged in oak barrels for 12 months.  Light and bright, floral and stony – lovely.
