Nacho knows how to bring the fun out of less heralded grapes while still making substantial wines that command attention.  Latexo is a 50/50 blend of a leftover half barrel of Garnacha Tintorera from the 2020 vintage and the juice of Caiño Tinto from his friend Antonio Pertela, vines from Pontevedra Nacho tended to.  High acidity meets concentration with this marriage.  Aged for six months in a single barrel, this combo is a one-off.  Crunchy, Galician goodness.
