Laura Lorenzo’s biodynamic work in the Bibei valley continues to shine a light on native varietals.  From 100+-year-old vines of mostly Godello.  Grapes were destemmed, pressed with short term skin contact, fermented in old barrels with wild yeasts, then matured for 6 months in a used 225-liter barrel.  Yellow apple and citrus core, herbal, mineral, spicy - a touch saline with good acidity and richness.
