Fot-Li is a vermouth made in Reus, Tarragona, a Catalonian town renowned for vermut. Toni Omedes Alegre belongs to a family with a long history of working in the wine trade. Fot-Li is made from Garnacha Blanca, Viura, and Airén grown in Tarragona, Montsant, Penedès, and Castilla La Mancha.  The grapes are macerated with aromatic plants for three weeks in American and French oak barrels that are 15 years old.  Amber colored with herbaceous aromas of rosemary, thyme, sage and vanilla accents.  Some nutmeg, oregano, fennel and orange peel.  Balanced and sweet with a bitter kick.
