La Estrecha is made from a single hectare parcel of 80-year-old bush vines. A field blend where Bobal is the star, with about 10% of other native varieties mixed in. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole cluster fermented with native yeasts in French oak vats, aged for 10 months in a single oak foudre. Wild red berries, floral, stony minerality, chalky - luminous.
