Father and son duo Manuel and Isaac Cantalapiedra identify as farmers first, and hope to shake things up in Rueda and Toro with wines of dynamic balance and structure. Hand-harvested, fermented with indigenous wild yeasts, and 20% whole cluster, aged for one year in French oak. Dark fruit, savory, and earthy with welcome acidity to match the typical Toro fruitiness.
