El Quintà is an artisanal blanco crafted by Carmen Ferrer, Manolo Sanmartín and Pili Sanmartín Ferrer fashioned with respect to the tradition of the production of wine that has been passed down through generations from this humble 19th century estate. Cobbled together from two small parcels of sixty-year-old Garnatxa Blanca vines, fermented in French Allier oak barrels and aged for 6 months. Floral, mineral, tropical and toasty – complex pleasure.
