La Bruja comes from a few small parcels located near Rozas de Puerto Real and Cadalso de los Vidrios. Due to the difficulty of the vintage, grapes from El Tiemblo plot were added to the mix. Grapes are hand-harvested, fermented separately by plots with indigenous yeasts in open oak vats, and aged 8 months in oak foudres. Bright strawberry, pomegranate, fruity and herbal, mineral rich - popping.
