What a joy to discover the rebel spirit of Jordi Esteve, who since 2014 has been crafting wines out of the rugged foothills of Alt Empordà.  Jordi achieves remarkable vibrancy from such a harsh climate with hard soils.  This rosado is made with some fruit given to him by grower friends across the Pyrenees in Roussillon. Blood orange and rhubarb, tawny and savory.
