Gramona

Gramona, now in its 6^th generation of winemaking, is dedicated to crafting world class sparkling wines (D.O. Corpinnat) that express the character of their vineyards in the Anoia and Batlles river basins near Sant Sadurní d’Anoia.

Demeter certified, with a commitment to biodiversity, vines are horse plowed and hand harvested and sorted.  The Cellers Battle winery was built in 2002 using bio-climatic architecture to reduce its environmental impact and energy consumption.

The Xarel·lo varietal is the backbone of their sparkling wines.  In addition, they also produce white and dessert wines.   Respecting the environment and managing their vineyards according to organic and biodynamic principles – environmental sustainability - is their guiding ethos for producing spectacular wines in Alt Penedès.
