Lustau

Since 1896, Emilio Lustau S.A. has been producing sherry artisanally as an almacenista, cultivating vines to be sold to larger sherry bodegas.  By 1945 Emilio Lustau began to market its own brands: Papirusa, Jarana, and Escuadrilla, just to name a few.

Today Lustau produces wines in each of the three cities in the sherry triangle: Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa María and Sanlúcar de Barrameda.

With the heart and soul of an almacenista, Lustau continues to honor its roots by bottling a small range of wines unblended, preserving tradition and authenticity.
