2 ounces Spanish gin
½ ounce Spanish dry vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
Lemon twist or olives
Pour gin and vermouth in a mixing glass with a big block of ice.
Stir for sixty seconds.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with olive or lemon twist.
- For a dirty martini, add ¼ oz of olive brine from manzanilla olives.
