Spanish Sidecar

2 ounces Spanish brandy

1 ounce triple sec, such as Torres or Magdala brand

¾ ounce lemon juice

Lemon peel

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Pour ingredients.

Shake well for 30 seconds.

Strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with lemon peel.
