Fento is a collaboration of farmer friends of Eulogio Pomares and his wife Rebecca who work southern facing vineyards in one of the largest sub-zones near the water inlets. Classic Fento here, with apple and pear fruits, sea salt and citrus tones, nice acidity and length on the finish.  Value supreme.
