From a traditional pazo (manor house) in Ribadumia, this classic Albariño is crafted by Marta Castro-Pintos, 4th gen. winemaker in the Val do Salnés.  40-year-old vines from 7 parcels in the pergola system, vinified separately, fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and foudres, and matured on the lees for 8 months before final blending. Stone fruit (peach), lemon, green apple, zesty, mineral-driven with nice acidity - maritime golden.
