Introduced by the distillery in 2015, Black Edition is a dry gin made from molasses, then combined with soft water drawn from an underground Roman-era natural spring. The base spirit is infused with juniper berries and Andalusian botanicals such as orange blossom, jasmine, and vanilla, distilled in copper alembic stills. Orange flower, jasmine and vanilla forward, sweet citrus.
