Winemakers Javier García, Laura Robles, David Velasco, and David Moreno, met while hiking the Sierras de Gredos and have been putting their minds together towards a minimalist approach to crafting terruño driven wines that are electric and profound.
Made up of mostly old vines (90+ years), hand-harvested, cold maceration and fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged on its fine lees for 10 months in neutral, used French oak barrels. Beeswax, lanolin, floral, tightwire acidity and tension - fleshy, silky sensation.
