A Getariako-styled artisanal vino blanco designed as a vin de garde. Grapes are hand-harvested, cold maceration for five days, fermented in stainless steel and wooden casks, aged on its lees for 10 months. Rich and saline, creamy, pointed acidity, mineral with a carbonic touch. Green apple, citrus - Cantabrian crush.
