Single vineyard expression of 70-year-old Xarel·lo  vines from El Cirerer vineyard (just under 1.5 Ha).  Fermentation in chestnut barrels, followed by aging on the lees for 6 months, plus 2 years in bottle.  Almonds, honey, apricot, peach, chalky minerality with great acidity – bouncy and textured.
