Enric Soler makes his grandpa proud with the meticulous care and attention to biodynamic practices applied to some of the oldest Xarel·lo vines of Alt-Penedès. Sourced from a single hectare, 400m alt. vineyard of massale selection from the Nun vineyard. Spontaneous fermentation in French and Stockinger barrels, followed by aging on the lees for 9 months in four-year-old Burgundy barrels and Nomblot concrete eggs with no bâtonnage. White flowers, citrus, wet stones. Totally fresh, electric energy, mineral intensity, salinity - Catalan nerve.
