Vino blanco made by Eulogio Pomares, master Albariño viticultor in Cambados. Named after a small islet in the estuary in front of the Francón vineyard, a stone’s throw from the sea. Forty-year-old vines trained under trellis, hand-harvested and fermented and aged in foudre. Gentle acidity, white peach, nectarine, citrus, salinity – ravishing.
