For the 2022 version of A Graña, Alberto and Silvia applied one month of skin contact to give this single parcel blanco sourced from 100+ year-old vines plenty of texture, followed by 8 months of aging in used French oak barrels, culminating in a spectacular, intriguing wine showing limestone minerality, orchard florality, and marine salinity.
