A new cuvée from ten plots around Cambados, Ribadumia, and Portas. The assembled wine is from a mix of young and old vines (15 to 95 years). Grapes are hand-harvested, pneumatic pressed into stainless steel and used French oak, rested on the lees for nine months, with three months bâtonnage (stirring of the lees). Bright, mineral, vibrant acidity - Atlantic bounty.
