High alt. (870m), twenty-year-old vines of the white varietal Albillo rooted in calcareous clay-loam soils crafted by Yolanda and Carolina García Viadero. Hand-harvested, fermented and aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks. Aromatic and creamy with exotic, tropical fruit – vibrant and pure.
