Named after Juan Carlos Vizcarra’s wife, Alejandra is a white wine made from the native Albillo Mayor grape, fermented with indigenous yeasts in a mix of stainless steel, concrete, and oak. Aged for 12 to 14 months in new and used French oak barrels, with 4 months of lees contact and bâtonnage (stirring). Flinty and spicy, tangy and structured - unctuous.
