Assemblage of indigenous grapes from 30 to 50-year-old vines.  BN receives the full Partida Creus treatment – hand-harvested, destemmed, crushed and skin-macerated for 3 days before pressing in tank, fermented separately and raised on its fine lees.   Fresh and tart, Mediterranean herbal and lemon peel - natural supreme.
