Local wine family who sold bottles without a commercial label in the Val do Umia sub-zone. This flagship wine comes from a single parcel of 30-year-old vines rooted in granitic soils.  Francsco’s son Miguel is now in charge of winemaking, implementing biodynamic practices in the vineyards.  Whole cluster, wild yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks with full malo, resting on its lees for one year. Savory, briny, textured, Atlantic acidity - liquid granite, unctuous.
