Single varietal, limited production red wine from a smattering of old-vines parcels. Grapes are hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts and aged for about a year in neutral French oak. Jura-like feel, bright red fruits, light-bodied, touch saline with good acidity - mineral and nervy.
