Grapes for this bottling hail from two separate plots, high altitude in Meaño and the mouth of the Umia River pouring into the Castrelo Sea.  A terruño-driven Albariño fashioned by Eulogio Pomares of Bodegas Zárate, The Sourcing Table founder Ben Henshaw, writer and editor Jamie Goode, and Zalto glass importer Daniel Primack.  A whip of a wine, zesty and zippy, peaches, and white floral accents, kissed by a wisp of a salty sea breeze – Gallego purity.
