This cuvée is new to Jorge and Isabel’s portfolio.  The style is clarete, meaning a mix of red and white grapes as was vinified traditionally in Ribera del Duero’s storied winemaking tradition.  Grape selection stems from centenary vines (3 parcels) growing in a cool valley surrounded by pines, holm oaks and junipers at 870m altitude.  Vinified and aged together for 30 months in oak cubes, aging gracefully in their deep cellar cave.  Spicy and savory with long legs, texture of a Goya painting - full throttle gastro wine extraordinaire.
