Baker turned winemaker tending to his great-grandfather’s vineyards in Sierra de Gredos. Juan Andrés Martín Pérez works with 80-year-old vines on roughly 12 hectares. Organic, regenerative viticulture with biodynamic techniques bring out the best for this high alt. vino.  Lightweight, granite mineral, floral, herbal and tart – just dandy.
