Pacharán is a Spanish sloe-flavored liqueur, traditionally from the Navarra region of Spain. Sloe fruit from the blackthorn bush is macerated, distilled and blended in anisette to create this traditional, popular digestivo for enjoying sobremesa (after dinner lingering at the table for conversation).  Tart plums, star anise, baking spice, cool mint - served chilled as a shot or in a glass over ice – the convo juices will be flowing.
