La Bruja comes from a few small parcels located near Rozas de Puerto Real and Cadaso de los Vidrios.  Grapes are hand-harvested, separate fermentations by plots in open oak vats, soft maceration, indigenous yeasts, 30-day average maceration, and aged 8 months in oak foudre. Bright berry fruit, licorice, watermelon, mineral-driven – racy and double the pleasure.
