Bodega Marañones is a winery started in 2008 by J. Fernando Cornejo and Fernando García Alonso. 30,000 Maravedíes, a Comarca (village) wine, is the story of different soils and orientations of the valley. Made from Garnacha from 30 to 70-year-old vines growing on granitic soils. Fermentation in French oak followed by 15 months aging on the lees in foudres and concrete vats. Spicy berry, tangy, floral, mineral, bright and bouncy.
