Project started by Dani Jiménez-Landi and now taken over by his friend, winemaker Curro Bareño.  Old-vines-Garnacha in granite soils at high elevation (800-900m) from different plots near the village of El Real de Vicente.  Grapes are hand-harvested, whole cluster, natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and aged in a mix of French oak and concrete vats.  Bright cherry, strawberry, and plum, mineral and spice, chalky tannins – middleweight knockout.
