A chillable red by winemaker María Jover Sánchez, who sources the fruit from old vineyards managed under the traditional Terraje system where farmers manage historic plots in exchange for a small percentage of the production. Fermented in stainless steel and underground concrete vats, followed by rest in tanks for a few months.  Bright berry juicy, crunchy with lively acidity - bottoms up.
