Old vines tinto fashioned by a co-op of six farmers from a tiny village. The vinification is overseen by winemakers René Barbier and Sara Pérez. Fermented and aged for 8 months in underground, concrete tanks. Wild strawberry, mountain herbs, juicy, chalky, and silky, mineral with nice acidity - vibrant.
