Nick Africano has assembled quite the cast of sherry characters for this project paying homage to the men and women who make sherry go.  A fresh Oloroso selected from the criaderas of Jaime González García Mier of Bodegas Faustino González. Palomino Fino from 7 hectares in La Viña El Carmen, a single vineyard planted in 1972 from Pago Montealegre. Average age of the wines at approx. 20 years.  Dark color, rich, caramel, nutty, slight bitterness – quality quaffing.
